Role Summary:Reporting to ONC / II / RD Category Lead, the Sales Manager leads the sales team to achieve the team's business and sales objectives, develop and expand the key accounts of Pfizer products.Role Responsibilities:Develop sales business plans for assigned brands by partnering with internal and external stakeholdersDrive the performance of sales team and maximize customer facing engagement with HCPs via various means (including face-to-face interaction and virtual engagement) based on customers’ diverse needsEstablish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimatesEnsure sales programmes/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelinesConduct sales analysis and forecast and analyse sales trend to ensure sales target achievementManage Sales Team with FTE allocation, product positioning and prioritizationMonitoring and analysing business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share and etc) and the competition.Develop, implement, and adjust as necessary on KPI and sales incentives plans for field forceCreate a team culture that aligns to Pfizer's vision and valuesProvide coaching and mentorship to direct reportsResponsible for the career development of Sales teamQualifications: University graduate in Science, Pharmacy or related disciplineAt Least 10 years of relevant experience with proven sales track recordStrong ability to lead sales team to deliver on time and within budgetCustomer mapping and competitor insightDeep understanding of pharmaceutical industry and HK healthcare system in Private and Public sectorAbility to manage multiple projects and time frames in a matrix organizationStrong strategic thinking and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal, influence and communications skillsStrong partner relationship and collaboration skillsFacilitation and skills in conveying best practice and learningData analysis, interpretation, and communicationsPresentation and computer skillsGood command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Chinese and EnglishPfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.Sales#LI-PFE
