Senior Manager, Business Solution

The Position

• Oversees the product design, development and support of the digital platforms of the corporation, including company websites, portals, mobile apps, etc.;
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to address the customer pain points on the digital platforms;
• Manage procurement processes and budget utilisation of the projects;
• Coordinate with consultants, internal and relevant external parties on UX/UI design, project planning and implementation;
• Lead the revamp / migration of existing systems to support new digital initiatives;
• Supporting the IT team to drive PMO governance, particularly on project status, budgeting and release management;
• Performing any other duties assigned by the line manager as appropriate.

The Candidate   

• Bachelor Degree or above, or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, System Engineering, Digital Science or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years' working experience preferably relating to digital platform development, of which 3 years of experience at the supervisory level;
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered;
• Proven ability to bring digital development from concept to implementation;
• Demonstrated expertise in managing external facing applications;
• Foster a security mindset when delivering applications;
• Experience in agile and/or scrum methodology is preferred;
• Proficient in information architecture, prototyping, and UI/UX design is preferred;
• Understanding of cloud PaaS, API, data analysis, and web technologies is preferred;
• Basic understanding of performance marketing with web/app analytics tools is a plus, e.g. Google Analytics 4, Firebase, etc.;
• Technical knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore, Umbraco) is a plus;
• Experience in using the Power BI dashboard to report system performance is a plus;
• Enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic working culture;
• Independent, logical thinking, attention to detail, great interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
