(Senior) Property Officer

The Group is a fast growing property developer in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region. To cope with our development, we now invite competent candidates to join us.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage the daily operations of various kinds of properties
• Oversee the security, cleaning services and repair/maintenance conditions of assigned properties
• Organize and actively engage in regular meetings with Incorporated Owners and Owners' Committee
• Oversee and monitor the income and expenses of assigned properties
• Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided
• Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants/owners
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Perform administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements 

• Degree/Diploma in Property Management, Surveying, or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a sizeable property management company
• Well versed in BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 2) is required for the Senior Property Officer position
• Membership in professional bodies such as HKIH, CIH, HKIS or RICS is an advantage
• A good team player, highly responsible with excellent client servicing and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Officer
• TTPS/IANG/ASMTP are welcome
