Senior Retail Support Officer

This global apparel brand is known for offering wide range of quality, comfort and style to customers. Currently they are looking for a new headcount of (Senior) Retail Support Officer to improve the operations efficiency from stores to inventory level

• Assist in managing all store supplies , including shipment supplies and fixtures, and place orders according to the supply order schedule
• Support the manager in areas related to inventory monitoring , loss prevention programs, and training support
• Contribute to the smooth operation of all stores
• Draft meeting minutes , assist with document preparation, and proofread documents
• Translate regular documents in Chinese and Japanese
• Communicate with internal teams t o ensure seamless store operations

Requirements:

• University degree with at least 2 year of operations support or project management experience
• Retail industry experience is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written skills in Japanese, Mandarin, and English .
• Proactive , good team player, independent, able to work under pressure, and skilled at multitasking.
• Certified Japanese language proficiency test with Level 1/N1 required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese/ Japanese word-processing
