Senior Server-Side Development Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for building efficient, stable, AI-friendly and open data engine online services in AI scenarios 2. Responsible for the technical design, control and development of RAG, data model, data engine business layer, data engine query layer or metadata description language.

Qualifications

1. More than 5 years of work experience, with the ability to build and maintain complex systems as a whole, and solid technical capabilities 2. Curious about technology, strong learning ability, high standards and strict requirements for individuals and teams, and excellent judgment of people and things 3. Hands-on ability for team and technical affairs, strong ability to control details for key matters, and not generalities 4. Have a clear understanding of the value of personal work and work results, and have good industry knowledge and work planning ability 5. Able to plan the work rhythm reasonably, be hard-working when necessary, and have good stress resistance. Bonus points: 1. Candidates with experience in algorithm strategy are preferred 2. Candidates with experience in the core architecture of search systems, recommendation systems, advertising systems, and question-and-answer systems are preferred 3. Candidates with experience in vector database core module development, knowledge graph architecture, and vector/entity recall deep optimization are preferred 4. Candidates who are proficient in intelligent agent backend architecture, LangChain, robots/ChatBot/Virtual Agent are preferred 5. Candidates with experience in data query engine construction and complex task scheduling systems are preferred 6. Candidates with experience in database and big data core module development are preferred 7. Candidates with experience in infrastructure and middle-end service development are preferred 8. Candidates with experience in server-side development of large Internet products are preferred.
