Shopping Centre Officer

Responsibilities 

• Organise, monitor and handle all activities related to the management of the Corporation’s shopping centres / investment properties
• Carry out day-to-day administration and supervision of operational and management services, including customer service, cleaning, security and maintenance
• Support promotion activities for the shopping malls

Requirements

• Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management or customer service; OR
• Higher Diploma with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  
   

Remarks

• Required to wear uniform and perform duties on irregular patterns of hours
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Shopping Centre Officer position
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
