Job Description - Specialist, Human Resources & Administration

Your tasks

Human Resources

  • Support full spectrum of HR operations including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Engagement and HR general tasks;
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on-boarding arrangement;
  • Assist in monthly payroll, MPF administration, tax filing and employee benefits matter;
  • Handle staff enquires and support employee engagement activities;
  • Prepare regular reports for management review;
  • Participate in other HR initiatives and projects when required;

 

Administration

  • Provide general office administrative support;
  • Handle all-round office administration duties, including but not limited to office supplies replenishment, office maintenance, vendor management, courier arrangement etc.;
  • Responsible for expense recording, arranging payment and reporting;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
  • With at least 2 years’ relevant experience in HR & Administration.
  • Proficient in MS office application and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
  • Good command of written & spoken in English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
