System Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Maintain, upgrade, and manage software, hardware and networks.
- Perform user account administration, workstation setup, and provide end-user support for all IT-related issues.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Administer virtualization and containerized platforms (VMWare).
- Manage WAN/LAN infrastructure and ensure network administration and troubleshooting.
- Ensure security management of internal and external networks.
- Perform daily backup and recovery operations.

 

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
