Summit Financial Services Limited is looking for a motivated new member of our Hong Kong-based tax filing team, who will be tasked with helping our clients, primarily large financial institutions, prepare and file tax forms with the U.S. tax authority, the IRS. Qualifications and Essential Skills of Taxation and Client Services Representative:

- Four-year university degree

- Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English and Mandarin

- Experience working with Excel, and candidates with extensive Excel experience are preferred

- Bookkeeping, accounting, auditing, or administrative background is preferred

- Detail oriented, able to hit deadlines, and willing to learn new skills

- Work well in a team environment; good communication skills are required.

Duties of Taxation and Client Services Representative :

- Assist the filing team with the annual preparation of US tax forms 1042-S, 1042, 1099, 8966, and 945 for Summit’s clients and related tax filing and compliance duties

- Communicate regularly with clients regarding their tax and filing needs

- Assist Summit team with administrative tasks such as billing and communication with vendors

- Other ad hoc tasks as required by the management from time to time.

- 能處理並注重細節，同時能夠按時完成任務，並願意學習新技能

- 在團隊環境中工作，具有良好溝通和協調能力

稅務和客戶服務代表的職責：

- 協助申報團隊每年為 Summit 的客戶準備美國稅表 1042-S、1042、1099、8966、945，以及不同的稅務/法規申報

-與客戶就他們的稅務和申報需求進行溝通

- 協助 Summit 團隊處理行政工作，例如開具發票和與供應商的溝通
