1. Based on Tmall's industry operation strategy, consumer insights and market opportunity capture, plan and implement integrated marketing activities, and be responsible for transaction growth 2. Through efficient cross-team resource integration and project management, promote project implementation and establish consumer shopping awareness of marketing IP and related industries 3. Provide breakthrough marketing ideas, follow up event planning/investment/cross-domain cooperation, and accumulate and iterate sustainable solutions and data capabilities 4. Integrate resources for specific head supply and trend categories, combine resources and hot spots, and work with the industry to create influential transaction methods. 1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and large-scale online/offline integrated marketing projects 2. Understand the consumer needs of vertical industries, more than 3 years of industry marketing experience is preferred 3. Have strong marketing planning, copywriting creativity and resource integration capabilities, and can independently plan marketing activities 4. Strong learning ability, strong self-motivation, strong execution, and teamwork spirit.
