Responsibilities
1. Formulate and promote strategies for merchants in the apparel industry, be able to break down business according to categories, merchants and commodities, and clearly formulate rules and standards for each business 2. Be responsible for discovering and introducing new merchants to the apparel industry, and manage the merchants in charge in a hierarchical manner 3. Clarify consumer needs, monitor competitive information, and continuously optimize shopping guide strategies, product forms, pricing strategies, etc. on the consumer side 4. Through data analysis and diagnosis of problems of industry merchants and front-desk shopping guides, and formulate solutions and implementation 5. Initiate and organize industry marketing, single-brand marketing activities, and create benchmark cases 6. Initiate and organize merchants and industry conferences to enhance the closeness of cooperation between the platform and merchants.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 4 years or more of work experience, familiar with the online and offline channels and operation business models of the apparel industry, familiar with the operation of e-commerce platforms, and those with a background in brand companies are preferred 2. Have rich experience in business cooperation and negotiation, and have experience in commodity purchase, sales and inventory management have excellent innovative project management experience and marketing experience are preferred 3. Be familiar with the characteristics of apparel in various industrial belts in China, and have in-depth research and understanding of category characteristics 4. Be able to keenly capture market trends and consumer needs, and quickly make business judgments and corresponding capabilities 5. Have strong data processing and analysis capabilities, be proficient in using various office software, and have strong learning ability 6. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, good organizational and coordination skills.
