Web Developer (JavaScript /HTML/Java, Chai Wan)

Job Description:

• To provide technical support for the development and maintenance of new e-submission and e-payment of public notices system including customer account creation and management
• To assist in system implementation, system test, data conversion, user training and acceptance test for the revamp of website
• To coordinate with website maintenance contractor to set up and conduct disaster recovery drill on an annual basis as well as providing technical advice for disaster recovery plan
• To provide IT support to the supervisor in relation to the technical support and market updates for hardware and software supplies for upgrading and enhancing the productivity in the System
• To provide technical support for the overall operation and backup system including front & back end system monitoring, internal network system monitoring and updating, digital workflow planning and record management, etc
• To coordinate and assist system maintenance contractors and SA section to conduct Security Risk Assessment and Audit and IT security compliance audits 
• To provide technical and helpdesk support to the office automation services for the Printing Division 

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least have 3 years’ experience in application development
• Must have solid experience in Web programming such as JavaScript, Java, HTML5 etc
• Must have experience in system implementation and maintenance;
• Experience in providing office automation support service, and government office automation support service is preferable
• Understanding government IT security requirements and experience in IT security compliance audits is a plus
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
