Working Capital and Revenue Control Manager

Our client, a UK law firm is urgently looking for a Working Capital and Revenue Control Manager to join their Finance Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the billing and collection team in HK office
• Monitor the process of billing and debt collection
• Review bills and credit notes, write off and WIP management on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance on credit policies and with HK Solicitors' Accounts Rules
• Configure billing and debt collection processes on Elite 3E to improve productivity and services
• Manage account receivable, all round credit control and review, including China related debts 
• Provide guidance to partners and senior management on complex bills and rectify debt/ billing issues

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 8 years experience in billing/ revenue control/ capital management within legal firms or CPA firms
• Well versed with SRA Account Rules and best practice techniques for managing the billing cycle
• Good English written skills with fluency English and Mandarin is recommended
