Job Description:

Euro Bau Kft is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the part-time Vezető position at our company located in Aszód, Pest, Hungary. As the Vezető, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various administrative, operational, and creative tasks within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
2. Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Prepare and analyze financial reports to assist in decision-making processes.
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.
6. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any operational issues.
7. Manage and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
8. Assist in the design and creation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
9. Provide support to senior management in various administrative tasks as needed.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Hungarian labor laws and regulations.
