Hiring Dog Trainer for Kuddle Technologies Pvt LtdJob Description:Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for dogs based on established curriculum and training methods.Behavioral Assessment: Assess the behavior and temperament of dogs to tailor training programs according to individual needs.Basic Obedience Training: Teach basic obedience commands such as sit, stay, come, and heel using positive reinforcement techniques.Advanced Training: Provide advanced training for specialized tasks such as agility, scent detection, and therapy work.Socialization: Facilitate socialization exercises to help dogs interact positively with people and other animals.Problem Solving: Address behavioral issues such as aggression, fear, and separation anxiety through behavior modification techniques.Client Communication: Communicate effectively with dog owners to provide feedback on their pet's progress and offer guidance on training techniques and strategies.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, progress reports, and client interactions.Health and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of dogs during training sessions, adhering to health and safety protocols.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in dog training through ongoing education and professional development.Qualifications:Fluent in English, both verbal and written.Passion for working with dogs and helping them reach their full potential.Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards animals.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with clients.Willingness to learn and adapt to different training methods.Certification or formal training in dog training is a plus but not mandatory.Eligibility:Any Graduate or HS (Higher Secondary) with fluency in English.Freshers welcome.Kuddle Technologies Pvt Ltd will provide one month training.Annual CTC: 3.6 Lakhs / PAJob Location: Bangalore
