Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team in Bangalore. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation for our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients to promote our educational programs and services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Representing the company at industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of B2C sales experience, with at least 1 year spent in a single company.
• Prior experience in selling education products preferred.
• Graduation or above, with qualifications from relevant backgrounds preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in the existing company.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.

Working Days: 5 days a week
