Job Description:

Stellapps is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Online Operations Associate to join our team based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will play a crucial role in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our online operations. This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all online operational inquiries and issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online operations - Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in current online processes - Monitor and analyze online performance metrics and trends to drive data-informed decisions - Assist in the implementation and execution of online strategies and initiatives - Support the development and maintenance of online content and platforms - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations
