Online Operations Associate

Job Description: Lenskart is seeking a dynamic Online Operations Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our online platform. This position is ideal for someone who is resourceful and independent, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for e-commerce.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring products are accurately listed on the website - Monitor and track online sales and performance metrics - Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders - Help troubleshoot any technical issues related to the online platform - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers - Support the team in implementing new features and initiatives on the website - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and feedback - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online sales and special promotions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online operations - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with online retail platforms and best practices - A passion for technology and innovation
