As part of our expansion in India, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Sales Manager Position Summary: The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding market penetration for our stent and balloon products across the region. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets. - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting performance standards and monitoring progress. - Cultivate strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, radiologists, and hospital administrators, across - Analyze regional market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt sales strategies accordingly. - Coordinate with the marketing department to support product promotions, campaigns, and educational programs - Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills through regular training and development initiatives. - Provide regular sales forecasts and detailed reports on market activities, challenges, and accomplishments to senior management. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in sales practices.
