Position: HR Recruiter Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be crucial in supporting our manufacturing and corporate recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for roles across all levels, from blue-collar workers to C-level executives, ensuring that we have a talented and diverse workforce to drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities Sourcin g: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Develop a robust pipeline of candidates to meet the ongoing hiring need Recruitmen t: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and reference checks to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding. Talent Acquisitio n: Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates, ensuring an inclusive and equitable recruitment process Collaboratio n: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help create detailed job descriptions and specification .Assessmen t: Evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to match them with suitable positions within the organization hirin g: Oversee recruitment efforts for blue-collar positions, including production workers, technicians, and other operational roles. Collaborate with plant managers to ensure efficient workforce planning Searc h: Manage executive-level searches, including sourcing, assessment, and selection of senior leadership positions. Collaborate with the executive team to understand their requirement Experienc e: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first point of contact to post-interview feedback Min 2-3 years of experience is required Complianc e: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure the recruitment process complies with legal standard Reportin g: Generate recruitment reports, metrics, and analytics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process and suggest improvement. Qualifications: degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
