Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager-West & East India at Ampacet Corporation in Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the West and East India regions. The role involves frequent travel within the assigned regions and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Education: Bachelor degree in Plastic, Polymer or related discipline. An advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred, although appropriate business experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are the key requirements. Experiences: 5-10 years of overall experience in Sales / Marketing/Business Development or technical service with a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in the Masterbatch, Polymer/Plastic sales or Pigment Industry regionally or in a country. Position requires at least 60%-70% time traveling in the territory. Others: o Must be dynamic, self driven and highly motivated. o Computer literate with Good presentation skills, Problem solving, service minded professional approach & good coordination skills are must o Flexible and be able to work independently and have good abilities in business and competitor analysis would be the desired abilities. o Position will be based out of Mumbai. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically in both spoken and written Hindi & English.
