We specialize in providing successful CPS, CPL, CPI, CPR, and other campaigns for a diverse range of clients. We're currently seeking a talented Assistant Manager to join our Publisher team. This individual will be tasked with both expanding our existing publisher network and driving the discovery and onboarding of new publishers. Responsibilities: 1. Proactively identify, outreach, and negotiate with potential new publishers (affiliates) to run CPS, CPL, CPI, CPR, and other types of campaigns. 2. Manage, nurture, and grow relationships with our existing publishers and develop strategies to maximize their potential. 3. Regularly analyze publisher performance, offering constructive feedback and insights for optimization and improvement. 4. Create and implement publisher-specific plans, inclusive of promotional and marketing activities, to enhance publisher engagement and campaign outcomes. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment of campaign objectives and publisher capabilities. 6. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. 7. Swiftly and professionally resolve any potential issues that may arise within the publisher network. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, specifically in affiliate marketing. 2. Proven track record in publisher/affiliate management and growth. 3. Demonstrable experience in prospecting and onboarding new publishers. 4. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. 5. Proficient understanding of CPS, CPL, CPI, CPR, and other affiliate marketing campaigns. 6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision making. 7. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. 8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
