Position Title: Assistant Manager - Business Development. Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Budget: Upto 4-6 Lacs CTC + Performance Linked Incentives Job Summary: The Assistant Manager - Business Development will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the technical facility management sector. This role involves market analysis, strategy development, and collaboration with internal teams to offer customized solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions. Market Research and Analysis: Conducting detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the facility management sector. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Crafting compelling proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts to secure new business deals. Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive company growth. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully. Reporting and Performance Tracking: Regularly reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the facility management or related technical services sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
