Alibaba.com Associate B2B Sales Manager India Job Description (based in Noida/Ahmedabad/Surat/Mumbai/Chennai) 1: Responsible for alibaba.com's local market development by channel partner management. She/he has sales and management experience, cross-team communication and coordination ability, with market and industry insight, have quick execution ability and can lead the sales team get results, facilitate the growth of Alibaba.com's business and local market share. 2. Determine Go-To-Market strategies after analyzing the market & industry, fulfill the annual market expansion, sales and services target in designated market. 3. Build channel network and manage channel team, fulfill business targets of channel partners and manage their P&L. 4. Establish strong connections with local government, business associations, and enterprises to explore more business opportunities, and organize business community events to find more industry opportunities. 5. Take responsible for customers' satisfaction, build channel service team and manage QC of their service, increase renewal rate and customer base. 6. Effectively communicate with headquarters in China, give feedback about sales, operations, customer feedbacks, service, competition and products; execute the localized headquarter strategy with fast action. 7: Based in Noida/Ahmedabad/Surat/Mumbai/Chennai Job Requirements 1. at least 3 years working experience on sales and channel management, working in internet company is preferred; 2. Deep understanding of local industry, export process & policy and international market; 3. Experience in market development and team management, including channel network building, organization structuring, commission rules planning; 4. Ability for P&L management and annual business target planning. 5. Ability to analyze data, understand customers request by data analysis, improve sales and service processes consistently 6. Good communication and resources integration ability, have strong relationship with local government, business associations is preferred; 7. Native Indian speaker, with high proficiency and excellent communication skills in written and oral English, Chinese language is a plus. (Only accept English Resume).
