Role Objective:
We are seeking a Associate Talent Acquisition Executive who will play a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to align with the organization's objectives. This individual will be responsible for identifying Hiring needs through collaboration with management, designing effective recruitment plans, and executing them to attract top talent. Success in this role hinges on the ability to focus on acquiring candidates who will significantly contribute to the organization's success, leveraging a network of industry contacts and social media platforms for effective candidate sourcing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and engagement.
• Efficiently execute recruitment plans, from drafting and posting job descriptions to sourcing candidates through job portals.
• Clearly articulate job profiles to potential candidates, ensuring a thorough understanding of roles and responsibilities.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with candidates , facilitating a seamless recruitment process.
• Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers in line with organizational policies and candidate expectations.
• Engage in networking activities with various institutions and leverage social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Explore alternative channels of sourcing to drive hiring efforts and expand candidate pool.
• Implement effective follow-up strategies to enhance candidate retention and foster long-term relationships.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• MBA or a background in technology will be preferred.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 Years of IT Hiring Experience .
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for effective documentation and communication.
• Proficiency in generating insightful MIS reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
