<p>Urgent Opening For Territory Sales Manager - Professional Lighting (Project Sales)<br/><br/>Location - Jaipur & Prayagraj<br/><br/>Job Purpose & Scope:<br/><br/>- TSM ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.<br/><br/>- To achieve growth and sales targets with a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base. <br/><br/>- Also to build and promote strong long lasting customer relationships by understanding their requirement & partnering with them. <br/><br/>Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities:<br/><br/>- Engage customers in defined region for meeting planned goals and managing the database as per the calls assigned by the ASM.<br/><br/>- Participate in negotiations i.e. Try at level best to negotiate and close the big deals <br/><br/>- Understand customer requirement and provide techno- commercial offer through pre sales team <br/><br/>- Conduct presentation and demonstration at customer place <br/><br/>- Ensure long lasting customer relationship by providing proper support. <br/><br/>- Sharing competitors details and our position in the market. <br/><br/>- Daily follow up to existing clients and to maximize the reach to untapped areas<br/><br/>- Should be comfortable in outstation travel in defined region <br/><br/>Qualification: Indicate necessary qualification <br/><br/>Essential : Degree in Engineering in Electrical / Electronics<br/><br/>Desirable : MBA (Marketing)<br/><br/> Essential : 2+ Years of experience in any electrical industry<br/><br/>- Understanding of E-Tendering procedures, submissions of offers, clarifications etc.<br/><br/>- Industry<br/><br/>- Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing<br/><br/>Employment Type - Full-time</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
