Qualifications Atleast 5+ years of proven experience in Bench Sales Recruiting. Identify and target IT professionals with expertise in various technologies and domains who are currently on the bench. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, skills, and availability. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for potential projects. Effectively communicate job opportunities to candidates, highlighting the benefits and potential for professional growth.
