Position Overview: We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer who can lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and fuel revenue growth for our SaaS software and mobile applications. Direct cross-functional teams to implement integrated campaigns across various channels, aligning initiatives with product goals and market trends to achieve sustained success and market expansion. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our SaaS software and mobile applications. Led the marketing team to plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events. Collaborate with product management and development teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmap and business objectives. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify product positioning, differentiation, and market expansion opportunities. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, industry influencers, and media outlets. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, the SaaS industry, and the mobile app market to drive continuous innovation and improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, with at least 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry. Deep understanding of SaaS business models, mobile app ecosystem, and software development lifecycle. Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing marketing teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing plans that align with business goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques to measure ROI and drive decision-making. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving innovation, growth, and customer success. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
