They hope to free the financially underserved from debt cycles by empowering them to build a more predictable and secure future.<br/><br/><b>Designation: City Head-Gold Loan Sales</b><br/><br/><b>Location: Indore, Hyderabad, Mumbai</b><br/><br/><b>Experience: 7-12 yrs exp, with at least 3-5 yrs in gold loan sales</b><br/><br/><b>Preferred Industry: Banking/NBFC</b><br/><br/><b>Job Description:</b><br/><br/>- Responsible for Business Development and the Portfolio Management for the Gold Loan Business for the assigned city.<br/><br/>- Drive and Implement Sales strategy for the Business to deliver Net Income in compliance with organization's goals.<br/><br/>- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with the team, to ensure business strategies are executed and Budgeted Numbers are achieved.<br/><br/>- Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase penetration and Building a positive Book.<br/><br/>- Managing the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level; monitoring transactions to make sure that they adhere to the regulatory restrictions and prudential norms.<br/><br/>- Ensuring monthly, quarterly & yearly Gold Loan, Interest Collection & NPA reduction targets are met .<br/><br/>- Hire, monitor, and manage a team of Sales Managers. <br/><br/>- Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel development etc. <br/><br/>- Ensuring 100% adherence of Ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and monitored. <br/><br/>- Coordinate and plan with cross functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions. <br/><br/><b>Skills required:</b><br/><br/>- Experience of leading a large gold loans sales team - through knowledge of risk, credit and customer services functions of Gold Loans.<br/><br/>- Sound knowledge of Gold Loan Infrastructure and Vault Management.<br/><br/>.
