Process- International Voice Process || Customer Service

Criteria- Fresher-Any Non tech graduate can apply

Experience-Any graduate with min 6 motnh to max 3 years experience in Voice Process

Responsibilities:
-Supports the Customer Service agents by handling escalated tickets and coach them to improve their user handling skills
-Customer Service handling escalated tickets and coach them to improve their user handling skills.
-Provide customer support through phone.
-Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
-Serve as a point of contact for customer support and complaints.
-Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve recurring customer support issues.

Package: 3 to 4.5 LPA (Decent Hike)

Shifts: 24/7 Shifts

Cab Facility : Both side provided

Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days off
