Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Sales Representative at Horse's Mouth. The representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to users, assisting with service inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns. This role will be located in Delhi but will also have the flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi both) Strong problem-solving abilities Experience in customer service or sales Knowledge of the education industry and study abroad process Ability to work well in a team Basic Proficiency in Excel and relevant CRMs. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
