Job Description:
As a Customer Success Officer at Zoho Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This is a remote work opportunity based in Kolkata, West Bengal, and is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are adaptable, reliable, possess strong negotiation skills, and excel in people management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to help customers maximize the value of our solutions - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
