Job Title Data Entry Executive Location Hyderabad Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Fresher. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our database systems and spreadsheets. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in data entry. Roles and responsibilities Accurately input financial data into accounting software and databases. Organize and maintain financial records and files. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets. Perform reconciliations of bank statements and accounts. Assist with payroll processing. Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounting practices. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in BCom / Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Previous experience in data entry or accounting is preferred but not required Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
