Key roles and responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in Datacenter network migration activities and managing the DC ops team

Responsible for driving the Datacenter migration changes and documentation

Responsible for L2 L3 network and security operations

Responsible for collecting the network inventory network applications and various tools used for network monitoring configuration and troubleshooting

Responsible for following escalation matrix and resolving the tickets within SLA

Response for SLA breach analysis and Root cause analysis reports

Responsible for performing ACI spine and leaf configuration changes

Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to DC network LAN WAN WLAN

Document the Cisco ACI network designs documentation of the knowledge base along with the learnings

Document the datacenter routing switching architectures

Document the Datacenters in bound and out bound traffic flow

Document the learnings and key issues while resolving the incidents or service requests

Document the single point of failures in the environment

Provide handover of DC architecture and knowledge base to Level3 Ops team

Must have in depth knowledge in Cisco 3 tier architecture and spine and leaf architectures

Must have knowledge in migration and implementation experience of the LAN WAN SDWAN and SDN networks

Must have knowledge of Fortinet firewall installation and configuration

Must have knowledge in configuring F5 load balancer VPN configuration

Good to have experience in managing of CISCO ISE Infoblox and DNAC

Good to have knowledge of Cisco wireless architecture and able to analyze the wireless survey reports

Knowledge in ZTNA architecture and management of ZIA and ZPA

Review the network device configuration backup process

Review and assess the high availability and bandwidth capacity for all network device uplinks
