We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a digital marketing executive. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of digital marketing strategies to enhance our guests' interactions and satisfaction. Position Overview: You will be responsible for managing various aspects of technology implementation and digital marketing initiatives within our establishment. From overseeing POS system to executing social media campaigns and monitoring guest reviews, you will play a crucial role in optimising our operations and enhancing guest engagement. Key Responsibilities: Manage data, including photos, videos, and other digital assets, ensuring they are organised and easily accessible. Monitor social media channels, responding to direct messages and engaging with guests to enhance their experience. Collect guest data and information from reservation on a daily basis, analysing trends and insights. Test and implement WhatsApp campaigns, including executing daily messages to guests for Google reviews. Follow up with guests via WhatsApp for additional Google reviews, maximizing our online presence and reputation. Monitor Google reviews, reporting and removing any inappropriate content to maintain our reputation. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of technology and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in POS systems, computer hardware/software, and social media platforms. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset, capable of designing visually appealing menus and social media content.
