Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties, including residential and commercial listings, land developments, and rental properties. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and consumer trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Manage the company's website and optimize it for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic. Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and digital advertisements. Oversee social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, ) and develop strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and generate leads. Implement paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to reach target audiences and drive conversions. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and management, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and real estate. Requirements : Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practices. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and email marketing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various digital channels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and optimize campaigns for maximum performance. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of real estate industry trends, market dynamics and regulations is a plus.
