We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our company in a varied and challenging role.

The Social Media Marketing Executive will have a strong and robust understanding of a wide range of digital marketing practices, including Social Media management, client campaign management, content writing, social media marketing, PPC management, SEO and some knowledge of website design and management.

The successful candidate will have a solid foundation of marketing skills and an eye for design. They will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing world but be willing to learn and develop themselves further in the role. They will be capable of learning quickly, be tech-savvy and have solid writing skills.The individual should be looking to work within a team and be able to manage multiple individuals and client accounts in the future.

Key responsibilities

Own and manage digital strategies (including but not limited to PPC, Google Ads, Display Ads, paid social) to improve our organic SEO, digital customer experiences and commercial successTake the lead on developing new digital projects to support commercial and brand growthUnderstand and utilise customer segments and personas to deliver best-in-class customer journeysManage, grow and maintain the database to ensure best-in-class database marketing and data complianceExecute communication and commercial strategies across multiple channelsDevelop and implement email journeys to support customer acquisition, retention, and loyaltyBrief and manage external agencies to ensure digital activity meets objectives, timelines, and budgetsEstablish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies

What we're looking for:Practical digital marketing experience supported by a relevant qualificationExperience working on multi-channel digital campaignsHands-on experience using paid-search and paid-social platformsThe ability to confidently implement long term SEO & social media strategies (paid & organic)Experience in managing the delivery of website improvement projectsA solid knowledge of how to optimise website content and improve SERPsGoogle Accreditation desirableKnowledge of best practice UX/UI is advantageous
