Role: Global Director of Delivery (Procurement Services) Location: Chennai About the Role: 1. Leadership and Team Management ● Manage a diverse team of procurement professionals across multiple shifts ● Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members to foster a high-performing culture ● Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded consistently 2. Strategy and Execution ● Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies within the procurement function ● Oversee the procurement process from request to negotiation, ensuring compliance with customer processes/policy 3. Customer Relationship Management ● Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in India to optimize the experience we are providing ● Collaborate with the customer success team to understand the customer procurement needs and ensure alignment with how we are executing 4. Operational Excellence ● Drive operational excellence in procurement operations by implementing best practices, standardizing processes and other technology solutions ● Monitor performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement ● Act as an advisor to service delivery managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
