Job Description - Founder

Designation- Associate to CEO/CMD/Director/ MD/Founder's Office

Location- Saket, Delhi

Experience- 2 to 4 years (We need someone who has hands-on experience with product development, strategic business development etc. More of a failed founder of a startup or has already worked in a Founder's office role.)

Salary- upto 25 lacs

Education - MBA (Tier 1 colleges)

Company- Education Financing Marketplace (Fintech)

Year of Inception - 2016

  • Supporting the CEO with a wide range of strategic, operational, and administrative tasks.
  • This role is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet professional.
  • Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the leadership, ensuring the CEO can focus on the most critical aspects of leading the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Assistance: Provide support on strategic projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO. This may include conducting research, preparing reports, and creating presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operational Support: Assist in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations within the areas of tech, finance, and admin. Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.
  • Administrative Management: Manage the CEO's schedule, including setting up meetings, travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. Ensure the CEO's time is optimized for efficiency and impact.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist with financial management tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, under the CEO's direction.
  • Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Prior working experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech or education sectors is a plus.
