JOB SUMMARY
The Head of Talent Management at a premium bathware & sanitaryware brand leads the development and implementation of strategic talent management initiatives aligned with business goals. This includes overseeing comprehensive Learning & Development programs, managing performance evaluation processes, and fostering positive employee relations. The role also involves ensuring HR compliance, partnering with business leaders to tailor talent solutions, and managing a team of HR professionals to achieve organizational objectives efficiently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the entire Talent Management function, including:
- Learning & Development (L&D): Develop and implement comprehensive L&D programs aligned with business goals and employee needs.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Potential Evaluation Process: Design and implement a robust system for identifying and developing high-potential employees.
- HR Processes & Policies: Review, update, and ensure compliance with all HR processes and policies.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and address any employee concerns.
- Develop and implement a data-driven talent management strategy to support the company's business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders across the organization to understand their talent needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Stay current on industry best practices in talent management and implement innovative approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead a team of HR professionals and ensure their continuous development.
- Manage the Talent Management budget effectively.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
Education & Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field. A Masters in Human Resource management or related degree is preferred.
- Minimum 13 -15 Years Plus relevant experience, at least 5 Years of experience of Talent Management.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment techniques, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methodologies, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and using metrics to measure recruitment performance.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Experience in developing and implementing L&D programs, performance management systems, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR technology platforms.
