Seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Development Manager to drive growth within our US healthcare staffing domain.

Responsibilities:

Research market trends and regulatory changes affecting US healthcare Staffing.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships via lead generation and market mining. Develop relationships with stakeholders and potential prospects.

Lead contract negotiations and execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies.

Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses.

Present proposals to stakeholders.

Track performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Must have minimum 4 years' experience in healthcare business development (US).

Strong knowledge of healthcare industry.
