Hiring for Facility Executive Job description Site / Client Site staff attendance, Weekly Report Preparation. Client escalation Management. Complete knowledge of Chemicals and Cleaning Materials Good knowledge of Gardening, Pest Control and Façade. Coordinating and leading a team of Sodexo staff to cover various areas . Responsible for management of services and processes. Providing feedback, training, coaching, Grooming, personal and professional hygiene standards and guidance to HK staff. Maintain discipline and quality of work of Sodexo HK Teams. Ensure all staff wears appropriate uniforms and safety gear and adhere to the prescribed safety standards as per the norms. Follow the instructions and assignments from the Manager. Arrangement of all consumables and supplies at the Client Site. Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports Collecting all documents from the vendor for compliance audit Interacting with the Housekeeping vendor. Routine Inspection at Client Sites to ensure performance measures are being maintained. Inspection of Muster at Client Sites of all the housekeeping staff Communicating to Line Manager all incidents’ issues and pending problems Soft services stores and stocks to be maintained. Indent monthly requirements for Soft services as per the budget. Involve in Vendor staff Training & Development. Maintaining Asset Register. Vendor grooming and real time monitoring of services and periodic reviews and ensure adherence to SLA Ensuring Housekeeping service standards are in accordance with the Operations Manual. Logging daily events in Supervisors Logbook and follow-up on information reported by the other Supervisors daily. Working with the EHK to prepare weekly work schedules, making sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators. Assigns duties and responsibilities to Housekeeping Supervisors. Sodexo Staff Uniform Issuance and other Uniform check Lists Sodexo Policies and Procedures brief to New Joiners.
