Requirements and Skills: Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 1+ years experience handling HRMS tools and creating dashboards or a similar role in the Human Resources Department in any MNC is an added advantage. Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets for data management Strong experience working with Employee Onboarding Softwares. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information. Great understanding of HR practices and procedures. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Excellent organizational and time-management skills Solution Oriented mindset. Roles and Responsibilities: Preparing Dashboards and reports for HR Operations team on monthly basis Handling and maintaining the records of employees data Updating the HRMS data on a regular basis. Automating the process of updations and reports Sharing the explaining the reports to the respective stakeholders. Ensuring the seamless communications (instructions/updates) across teams with respect to data or changes in system. Working Days: 6 Days a week Location: NxtWave's Hyderabad office Timings: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM CTC: Up to 4.0 LPA
