Job Description:

• Preparation of SOP and company policies
• Manage company vacancies and hiring
• Supervision and assessment of all company employees
• Keep track of attendance and leaves of all employees.
• Personal assistant to the founder (Calendar management, Follow ups)
• Intern management - Joining and leaving formalities
• Daily reporting and discussion.
• Manage company vacancies and hiring
• Take responsibility for reaching out to as many colleges as possible across the

country - Linkedin, Whatsapp, and other social media channels

• Leading the campus ambassador program PAN India
• Maintaining records of all potential leads
• Assisting the founder with all daily tasks.

Skills Required:

• Must be a quick learner with the capacity to be proactive in taking up tasks
• Efficient time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Ability to regulate work schedules of interns and lead a team of 10+ members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage different operations timely
