  • The job profile of an HR Manager typically involves overseeing various aspects of human resources management within an organization. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role:
  • Statutory Compliance (Factory Act, Pollution Board, PF, ESIC, Fire Dept.): This involves ensuring that the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to factory operations, environmental protection, employee provident fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and fire safety regulations.
  • Manpower Handling (Company & Contract): Managing both permanent employees of the company and contracted workers, which includes recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and adherence to labor laws for both categories.
  • MIS Compilation & HR Analytics: Compiling Management Information System (MIS) reports related to HR metrics and utilizing HR analytics to gain insights into workforce trends, performance, and areas for improvement.
  • Exposure to TNI, PMS-KPI & KRA: Familiarity with Training Needs Identification (TNI) processes, Performance Management Systems (PMS) including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) to measure employee performance and align it with organizational goals.
  • Proficient in HR Tools HRMS: Proficiency in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) for managing employee data, payroll, attendance, leave, performance evaluations, etc.
  • Knowledge of Internal and Audits like ISO & SEDEX: Understanding of internal audits and compliance standards such as ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) related to labor practices, ethical sourcing, and supply chain management.
  • Exposure to Company Talent Acquisition: Involvement in the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent, including developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Well-versed in MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
  • Administrative Security, Transport & Visitor Management, and Safety of the Company: Overseeing administrative tasks related to security, transportation, visitor management, and ensuring the safety and security of the company premises.
  • Keen in Small Group and Improvement Activities Handling HR Activities of Plant HR and Supporting Production to Achieve the Target: Actively participating in small group activities aimed at continuous improvement, managing HR activities specific to plant operations, and providing support to the production team to achieve production targets.
  • Managing Administrative Activities: Handling various administrative tasks such as office management, facility maintenance, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Facilitate in Company Employee Recruitment: Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to meet the company's staffing needs.
  • Responsible for Discipline in Plant: Enforcing discipline policies and procedures within the plant to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.
  • Responsible for Plant and Employee Safety & Welfare: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing safety protocols, conducting safety training, and promoting employee welfare initiatives within the plant.
