POSITION SUMMARY: Birdeye’s Business Applications organization is seeking a Salesforce CPQ developer to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence in India. As the Salesforce CPQ developer you are responsible to translate business needs into technical specifications, design and development solutions, test and deploy them into production. RESPONSIBILITIES: This role will be instrumental in designing, proposing, and developing end-to-end solutions by leveraging best practices, established and recommended, in building scalable Quote-to-Cash framework. Technical design and implementation of Quote to Cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ Responsible for defining, estimating, and shaping CPQ technical solutions using best practices. Optimize existing system architecture with a focus on scalability, increased efficiency and automation which entails reconfiguration and re-architecting current solution Communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants & vendors Strong desire to learn. You are energized when new features and technologies become available and eager to understand them and maximize their potential. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field 4+ years Salesforce CPQ/ Steelbrick experience with multiple currencies and complex products • At least 2 full cycle Salesforce CPQ project implementations Must have good knowledge of Salesforce CPQ objects used in Quote to Contract process Strong experience with SFDC Advanced approvals Extensive knowledge of product configuration, complex pricing rules & sequence, quote configurator plugins & Salesforce CPQ APIs Proficiency in various CPQ functionalities like subscription-based licensing, various discounting models, amendments, extensions, co-terming and renewals Experience with quote document generation and integration with DocuSign Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies Excellent written, verbal communication skills and strong sense of ownership Exposure to CLM tools and processes will be a plus CERTIFICATIONS: Salesforce Advanced Administration, Platform Developer I, CPQ Specialist preferred Please send your CV to [email protected]
