Client-Facing Responsibilities ● Support the configuration of the Salesforce environment according to clientspecifications and project scope ● Design and provide training for clients at various levels, including administrator and endusers based on project implementation goals. ● Conduct discovery meetings with clients to determine requirements as appropriate ● Follow best practices and standards in software design, development, and deployment.Develop full migration and implementation plans that address both tactical and strategicneeds of the client. Internal Responsibilities ● Own project delivery through full implementation lifecycle on multiple simultaneousprojects. ● Configure solutions with Salesforce products, as needed to complete project goals. Planand execute data migrations from legacy data systems to Salesforce. Investigate andimplement third party tools that integrate with Salesforce. ● Partner with the internal development team to create custom code, including composingof user stories, testing, and deployment ● Provide weekly governance reports in a timely manner on overall project(s) status toproject PM Requirements Requirements ● 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant ● Salesforce Admin Certification is required. Additional Salesforce Certifications arepreferred ● Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, developdesigns, and implement custom solutions ● Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, user storyprioritization and solid UAT guidelines required● Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration toolslike JIRA and Teams are required ● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as workindependently is necessary ● Demonstrated business aptitude with the ability to translate practical business conceptsinto technical specifications. ● Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skillsand presentation skills. ● Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing client demands. ●Learning agility, including a demonstrated ability to pick up and master business andtechnical subject matters quickly
