Role: Indirect Sales Manager Designation: Associate Manager/ Manager/ Sr. Manager Locations: Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune Reporting To: Regional Head We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Indirect Sales Manager . The ideal candidate will spearhead the expansion and oversight of our array of strategic partnerships with Insurance, Broker and TPAs. This position demands a solid mix of business development, relationship cultivation, and strategic foresight. The Indirect Sales Manager will hold a pivotal position in pinpointing, securing, and fostering partnerships that resonate with our business goals. Responsibilities: Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to expand our indirect sales channels Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to maximize revenue generation through indirect sales partnerships Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with our business goals Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of indirect sales initiatives, leveraging resources effectively Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth in the indirect sales space To be on top of competition offerings and navigate a conversation with a client when asked, by not comparing features rather highlighting our USPs which best suit the client Keeping track of competitor activities and products and developing a sales strategy to ensure market edge The Successful Applicant: Graduate with Min. of 3 years of relevant experience in indirect sales or a similar related sales role Demonstrated understanding of indirect sales processes and strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
