Information Technology Lecturer

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Trainer or Data Science Trainer, with a strong track record of designing and delivering training programs in corporate or academic settings.
• In-depth knowledge of data science concepts, methodologies, and tools, including but not limited to statistical analysis, machine learning, Python/R programming, SQL, data visualization, and big data technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.

About the role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of both IT concepts and data science principles. This role will involve developing and delivering training programs focused on data science technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update training materials, modules, and curriculum related to data science, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
2. Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences, including employees at various levels of technical proficiency and external clients, both in-person and virtually.
3. Hands-On Workshops: Conduct hands-on workshops and practical exercises to reinforce theoretical concepts and promote skill development in data analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and other data science domains.
4. Customized Training: Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and objectives of different departments and client organizations, incorporating real-world examples and case studies where applicable.
5. Evaluation and Feedback: Assess trainee progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
6. Knowledge Sharing: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques in data science and IT, and share knowledge and insights with colleagues and stakeholders through presentations, workshops, and internal communications.
7. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials, soliciting feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
8. Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating peer learning and collaboration.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified Trainer) is a plus
• Experience : 5-10 Years
