Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist Job Location: Western Suburbs, Mumbai, India Job Type: Full-time Hertz India Inc., a leading software consulting and supply company, is looking for experienced and dynamic Sales Executives / Office Assistants / Business Development to join our growing team in Mumbai Western suburbs. The ideal candidates will be responsible for business development, communicating with customers, arranging timely support from vendors, generating leads, and promoting our software solutions. Responsibilities: Business development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Customer communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Vendor coordination: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and effective support to customers. Lead generation: Conduct market research, generate leads, and follow up on potential business opportunities. Software promotion: Promote our software solutions (ERP, Payroll, HRMS, CRM, CAD, Tally on Cloud, and other software solutions) through online demos, onsite demos, and face-to-face meetings. Proposal preparation: Prepare and send proposals to customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Sales follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to close sales and maintain customer relationships. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and vendors. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in software sales or a related industry is preferred.
